Situation: The Challenge
Karylle, a veteran in Filipino entertainment, was venturing into a new medium: podcasting. While she had an existing TV fanbase, the audio market is saturated and unforgiving. The challenge was to launch a new IP from zero, no existing feed, no subscribers, and convert casual viewers into dedicated listeners immediately, without the visual aid of television.
Task: Objectives
We needed to build a "Debut-Ready" brand system that would:
- Establish Instant Credibility: Ensure the podcast looked like a top-tier production from Episode 1 to attract high-profile guests (international stars, directors, etc.).
- Define the Atmosphere: Visually communicate the show's specific tone—intimate, conversational, and "unscripted"—before a user even presses play.
- Enable Multi-Channel Growth: Create a cohesive asset suite that works equally well on Spotify thumbnails (small scale) and Instagram promotional reels (large scale). From vision to visuals: how to build brands that connect.

Brand Concept and Naming
Our team conducted thorough research to understand Karylle’s audience and the podcast’s themes, ensuring the brand identity would effectively capture the essence of K's Drama.
